About: Hereford County Hospital / Accident and emergency

HAD THE MISFORTUNE ON 11/03/18 TO GO TO A .E. in severe pane. Notice on countrer said 5 1/2 hrs. After 6 1/2 hours I still had not been seen and by that time the pain was unbearable,

I asked at reception how much longer would I have to wait, to be told as it's a doctor he has another 3 patience to see so it may be another hour. Was in so much extra pain from waiting by then.and decided to go home in agony.

I really think our a and e department is not fit for purpose.
