"Online Appointments Not Functioning"

I have an appointment at Kirkstall Health Centre, but I wanted to change the time.

I had been sent a letter with a url address www.ebs.ncrs.nhs.uk for doing this, but for several days now I have been trying to log in there but the website is either down or no longer functioning.

There is no information on the Kirkstall Health Centre about changing appointments online, only a phone number which I will have to now use and take up someone's time.

Looking at the NHS home page searching for details about this there is no actual mention in their comprehensive list of either podiatry or Chiropody, the department I am going to.

I also noticed that the KHC page had not been updated since 2014.

This absence of proper online information and functionality is extremely disappointing, especially noticing that nothing had been done about this in four years.

I would not recommend this service for these reasons.
