"Treated with fairness but without compassion"

I recently attended the UHNS for an assessment to see if my asthma had become COPD.

My treatment was harsh(not the hospital's fault but the tests). Throughout I was treated with fairness but without compassion and this compared poorly with recent treatment at SGH.

After the tests I was told I could leave but not told what would happen next. As a result I attended my GP four weeks early for the results.

Also, it seems that as a result of the tests my tinnitus has increased,I have a chest infection and an ear infection.
