"Awful customer service, rude and patronising..."

My experience of this surgery is an awful one. The staff that answer the calls are rude and patronising. You are lucky if you can get through to them in the first place and then you have to wait two weeks to be seen. I called to order a repeat prescription for a contraceptive that I had received for many years and was made out to be a liar and a drug addict because there was an issue with their system. I made an appointment with a sister surgery and the doctor brought my file and prescription up immediately with no issues. On another occasion my sister and her very young child was left waiting for an hour and a half for an appointment she was given; when the staff started to leave my sister asked about her appointment to be told there wasn't one and that they must have made a mistake on the system. Not one person approached my sister to find out what was wrong or ask if she was okay even thought she was sitting there for so long on her own. It turned out my niece had scarlet fever and a raging temperature. Disgusting service!
