"Non existent customer care"

About: Spire Liverpool Hospital

Had an appointment at 16.30 arrived at 16.00 left the building along with a couple of other people at 18.45 after asking the staff what was happening and being told the doctor was seeing other patients downstairs , could not give us any indication of when we would be seen other than once he gets up here it should move fairly quickly. All it needed was for a member of staff to explain the reason for the delay. Instead chose to totally ignore us. Staff were pleasant enough but being left in a cubicle with no explanation is unacceptable the m afraid

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were not kept updated about your progress while you were here for your procedure. We have recently met with ward staff and have put emphasis on providing communication and reassurance to patients while they wait. We believe that patients will welcome the contact and that it will provide a better patient experience.
