"excellent"

About: Royal Preston Hospital / Cardiology

Came in for Pacemaker to be fitted. I had a fear of local anasthetic but the staff calmed me. Everything went exceedingly well. The nurses were brilliant - regularly checking on me while I was waaiting for the procedure. I'd like to mention four particular members of staff. Not onlyy those but all in the department. My memory is not as good as it used to be re remembering names.

Thank you for taking the trouble to share this with us.

Many patients are nervous of anaesthetic and procedures, and our staff try to do all they cann to allay fears and treat our patients as they would want our own friends and family to be looked after.

The Cardiology team will very much appreciate your kind feedback
