The treatment centre is very good indeed and one is very much more regarded as a customer and bt just a consumer of a public good.

My biggest concern though is receiving results of the removed polyps. Nobody in admin has explained how the results will be fed back to me

I have had to call subsequently and I’ve been told that I will be contacted in a few weeks and if not call back. This is just too non specific and the admin side is letting down the excellent medical care being delivered
