About: Brownlow Group Practice

Using the service is fine - however your receptionist is the rudest person I have ever encountered. I tried to book an appointment with a GP which I normally as I have a recurring issue, and was told she couldn't see an appointment previously so she wouldn't book me in. Her tone and manner where awful, and having worked as a receptionist, I would have sacked for speaking to someone in that manner.
