"Left alone and with no answers"

About: Salisbury District Hospital / Accident and emergency

I was brought in by my partner for a unexplained bleed following triage I was put in a room alone where we were left for at least an hour, later I was seen my a lovely nurse who took bloods and my vitals. That’s where the nicety ended, I was left for almost 3 hours to the point where I believed I had been forgotten about, I had to constantly explain why we came in, the doctors bed side manner was judgemental, and in the 5 hours we were there nobody actually examined me or the area bleeding. I was sent home to see my GP, I explained it would take me up to a week to see my GP, it took 10 days to see my GP meaning I have never gotten definitive answers because nobody examined me at the time, after explaining what happened my GP was displeased by lack of care and empathy shown. I will not go back to A n E at Salisbury I was left deeply upset when I left the hospital as I felt judged by details of my case and like I was wasting time, this is not how any individual should be made to feel when they feel as vulnerable as I did in that instance.
