Arrived at approx 20:00, booked in, saw Triage nurse + doctor (as it was busy), went for

X-Ray, back to waiting room and finally to minor injuries unit. Have to say there were lots of people coming and going during my time there. My experience lasted a little under 3.5hrs, which was amazing considering the number of people attending A&E. From the receptionist to triage to radiology and finally to minor injuries all of your hospital staff were amazing. Special thanks to the nurse in minor injuries. LOVE THE NHS
