"Lovely care for my daughter"

I just wanted highlight the amazing care you provided for my daughter on 5th/6th March. There was a lovely student nurse (I apologise for forgetting her name) in paediatric A&E who was so calm and gentle with my daughter. They even found some bubbles to distract her while she was having her first inhaler (not something that she was best pleased about!). We also had 2 brilliant nurses on Willow Ward who kept me up to date on what was happening and constantly came in to check on my daughter even though I know the ward was full so they must have been rushed off their feet. The doctors were are great and took the time to explain everything in terms that I understood. All in all we think you’re doing an amazing job under difficult circumstances. If she could speak (she’s only 1), I’m sure my daughter would like to send her compliments to the chef...I’ve never seen her more enthusiastic about an omelette!
