(as a carer),

I am a carer and I also look after my grandson in many ways, days out, finance, travel, meals etc he has aspergers too and is partially sighted. I found out about the service for carers at Ashley house from a friend.

This has helped a lot, from the therapies we have had too the made friends we have made. We have had a laugh and this has taken the stress and strains away, the people are lovely and when I needed it I got support 24/7.

Long may it continue

Thank you for your positive comments about Ashley house which I will ensure are passed on to all the staff.

As you say it can be very stressful to be a carer and its good to know that we have been able to assist you in your role looking after your family as we try to ensure that we support not only our clients who use the treatment services within the building but their carers as well.
