My experience has been very positive.

I had a flexible cystoscope before Christmas, followed by a CT scan at 1715 3rd January.

On 26th January I had a rigid cystoscopy for a biopsy, necessitating a general anaesthetic.

In the end the biopsy was not necessary and I was discharged.

I was impressed by the treatment I received during all these procedures.

The staff were kind and courteous and everything was fully explained.

All this despite the department being very busy.

I have now been referred to Maternity Ultrasound for further investigation and I hope the treatment there will be as good.
