About: New Hayesbank Surgery

Very difficult to get appointments, especially if you are working. Just rang on the 6/03/2018, and no appointments available to give out. This has led in the past to me nearly losing my sight due to struggling to see a doctor when my eye was inflamed.

I tried to call you yesterday as I was surprised by this comment and wanted to check that our appointment system had been explained to you fully.

We had triage availability with doctors all day yesterday.

This means the GP can speak with you and discuss your needs and arrange for an appropriate appointment either later that day or within 72 hours if needed.

I would be grateful if you could call the surgery and speak to myself or Mark Hughes Assistant Practice Manager so we can look into this further.
