"Exemplary Service!!!"

I have visited Cornwall House on several occasions over the last few months regarding neck pain. The reception staff are always extremely polite, and have gone above and beyond for me in terms of proving external contact numbers and information, accommodating emergency appointments at a local practice nearby at a weekend, and generally pulling out the stops to help me out. I cannot fault them (and I've spoken with/been helped by all of them over the last months).

My GP has been absolutely outstanding in terms of arranging MRI scans (plural), arranging/gaining approval for an open MRI in an incredibly quick time frame when it transpired I had claustrophobic attacks in the conventional scanner, and liaising with the consultant surgeon to bring forward my appointment by some weeks. I've never witnessed a GP being so dedicated, caring, and proactive before (and I've had lower back surgery, so have been down this route before some years ago).

Anyway, I just wanted to share my thoughts/show my immense gratitude because the NHS receives a lot of unfair feedback/press when, actually/in reality, amazing work is being carried out by amazing people under very restrictive budgets.

I really cannot praise the staff at Cornwall House highly enough. A shining example of why we have the best health service in the world (despite what Mr Trump incorrectly thinks).
