"1st class dermatology service"

I visited the dermatology dept today with my niece who has acute psoriasis.

The consultation was detailed and thorough. The doctor took my niece’s anxiety and depression into account and spoke to her so reassuringly. This doctor then asked the consultant to see my niece and the courtesy, care and thoughtfulness was touching.

They were both extremely professional about the treatments on offer and their advice was helpful.

The department was busy but we felt I pressured and valued.

We also visited phlebotomy, the pharmacy and the reception (for future appointments). All the staff treated us with courtesy and dignity and made what, for us, a tense time much more pleasant.
