"Disgusted by your staff"

My daughter in law came to your hospital for an appointment with a consultant yesterday , she had a letter from her own doctor saying it would be of high risk to her health to carry on with the pregnancy our son and daughter in law are absolutely devastated as it is but when she got the hospital she was asked why had She left it this long to terminate making her feel like it was her fault and was just having a termination because she could not be arsed going ahead with it , , the paperwork from the doctor was not even looked at , she was asked by him why she left it so long and she explained about the doctors letter and he said wait in the waiting room , she was called back in and told sign here and that was it , that poor girl is heartbroken this baby would be much loved by all the family especially us grandparents and I'm really not happy with how she has been treated
