Busy waiting room, to be expected of course but when I asked about the waiting time I was told no more than 30 minutes.
Otherwise I would have attended another day.
Sadly over an hour later, I was still waiting.
The staff didn’t update me or the other patients waiting, many with small children about what delay to expect.
Poor communication and what appears to be two nurses working, they maybe understaffed but communicating this would be beneficial to the patients.
