My partner was admitted to the Royal Hospital renal unit over 5 yrs ago and was an inpatient for quite a long time with complex vasculitis, following this he continued as an outpatient and further frequent admissions.
I can honestly say that I don't know what we would have done without this unit from the Dr to auxiliary staff and those who served food. The care from all levels was second to none.
Unfortunately, my partner has now passed away but I am 150% certain that the treatment and care he was given by this team gave us the additional 5 yrs to enjoy.
