Thanks for taking the time to comment and of course we are pleased you are getting the help you need.


I don't know what the communication issues are for you and I'd be keen to know more but here is a couple of general points:

If you change phone numbers let us know.

If you want a certain way for us to inform you of appointments etc we can do that

We could email appointments if that is suitable

If it is something different please have a chat with your worker or call 0300 555 0101 and we will make sure we address it for you.
