"Relaxed professional environment"

Apart from a 2 hour wait which I expected due to adverse weather conditions, I thought the treatment I received was excellent. I was made very welcome in an extremely relaxed proffessional environment. Every step of the procedure was explained as it happened and great care and attention was paid to any level of discomfort I had during the process. The after care was superb, very caring and nothing was too much trouble. The procedure I went in for, was obviously very worrying but, from the minute I arrived, felt very relaxed and would not be concerned in any way if I had to return to this department for any further investigations.
