"Lack of action/contact"

About: West Essex Iapt

I was assessed back in August last year. Since then I have had 2 CBT sessions that were stopped abruptly by therapist.

I have since received a letter from Manager. However, I have still had no contact from the Starworker, even thought I was informed by therapist during my last session with her three weeks ago that she would contact them and manager said same in her letter to me dated 16th February.

Therapist did call me last Friday (23rd). She said that I would be referred for counselling through a contract you have with MIND and also mentioned something about self-esteem. I have also heard nothing re these and as I was assessed back in August last year, therefore I am not going to be waiting much longer re the above before I escalate my complaint to the next level which appears to be the Trust Head Office.
