"Surgery waiting times"

In December I had major bowel surgery and a temporary ileostomy that should of only been for six weeks. Ten weeks later, an appointment with consultant, a scan and my pre-op and bloods done I still have no date! Now I’ve been told I won’t get my date this month which now means a repeat of my pre-op and a further wait! It’s bad enough that I’ve got to come back to the Manor Hospital after staying for 2 weeks in December where I had an horrific stay on HDU and ward 20b. Not impressed with the inefficiency of running a surgeons appointment schedule.
