About: Ilkeston Community Hospital

A huge thank you to Ilkeston Hospital Physiotherapy dept for actually being there and open today. I've never seen such a quiet hospital, many of the outpatient clinics were cancelled

And many patients obviously hadn't been able to get to Physio. Fortunately we are near enough to walk and the physio gave me lots of help for my stupid shoulder!

Thank goodness for our wonderful NHS.

I have always received excellent treatment at Ilkeston especially with the wonderful Physio department.

We are pleased to hear that you were happy to find your appointment could be kept by the physiotherapist despite the inclement weather conditions. I am glad the treatment provided was helpful and appropriate to your needs.

Our clinical staff, including nurses and therapists, and non-clinical staff in support roles, including domestic staff, porters and grounds people, all responded magnificently to the challenges of keeping services going and community hospital and clinic sites open during the snowy conditions.

We continually strive to deliver the best possible individual care to our patients and feel privileged that you have taken the time to feed back to us. I will be sure to pass on your comments to the team. Patient Experience Team
