Seven months ago I had polypropylene mesh placed to repair a supra-umbilical hernia as an NHS patient.
I am still experiencing considerable discomfort at the surgery site and am unable to sleep on my side. I have increasing immune system problems and am seeking referral back to the surgeon who placed the mesh.
