"Peninsular Hospital Plymouth"

I have visited the Peninsular as an outpatient twice this month for unrelated conditions. On both occasions I have nothing but the highest praise for everyone and everything I encountered. From the moment I entered the door I was greeted with friendly professionalism. No detail was spared in explaining every aspect of what I should expect in treatment and care. On the second occasion I had to see numerous professionals, the only one where the wait was longer than 5 minutes, most were less, I was advised of the exact time I would be seen and invited to visit the coffee shop within the centre, just a few yards away, where I would be called on my mobile should I be needed sooner. What service, the Queen couldn't expect better. I am now awaiting my surgery just 5 weeks from now with every confidence and no trepidation. Well done to all at the Peninsular and thank you. Update after my hip replacement.
