Attended Urology Dept as day case and received first class, actually outstanding, service. The procedure is at best uncomfortable, and infections not uncommon. Not this time !, the nurse(s) were not just highly professional but showed a high degree of caring and compassion at all times.
Furthermore my treatment started 15 mins early and was so efficient that even though my journey time each way is 25 minutes I was home ( and comfortable ) an hour and a half after leaving the house.
A credit to the nurses concerned and the hospital organisation
