"Endoscopy Dept review"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

I recently visited the Endoscopy Department for a routine procedure. The staff there were very welcoming, and every one that dealt with me had a fantastic compassionate manner. The procedure itself was uncomfortable and painful, but the nurses were outstanding in the care they gave both during and after the procedure. They are a credit to your hospital and the NHS. I would like to name them so they can be given the praise they deserve, but obviously cannot (I can still remember their names if someone would like to contact me privately). This is the first time I’ve been to this department but not the first time in the JR. On each occasion the nurses have been superb. Well done.

We’re very glad you had such a positive experience in the Endoscopy Unit, and thank you for publicly recognising the fantastic work our nurses do.
