"Truth"

Iam really not able to leave a true review on my care and treatment as the powers that be won't allow me too.something I will be looking into.I thought leaving a review was to express your experiences and thoughts.

So I will just say I have been massively let down and failed leaving me at great risk. I tried hard to work with people and some are good to me but more so than not I'm left in a worse state of mind after calling the crisis team something that is very damaging to me. Im always going to speak the truth in one way or another about my experiences. I'm vulnerable and have many problems many physical and mental illnesses and last thing I need and last thing that helps me is poor treatment and lack I really don't know how people in this role can be so damaging to sombody like me and show no care or respect for another human beings life.

Dear Anonymous, We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our services at Priority House and that you did not feel able to feed this back fully.

We do have a Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) whose role is specifically to support and help.
