"Disgrace"

Since the change over to Bay Medical York Bridge has become a shambles. You can never get through on phone they mess up prescriptions and the staff are very unhelpful or very badly trained. I only wish I could go elsewhere but the options are getting very limited with all this merging. I used to love York Bridge and always said it was one of the best but as I say since change over it is hopeless.
