"Fantastic level of care"

I recently attended the above for a colonoscopy. The standard of care and service provided by the staff was exceptional, all the way from the main reception desk to the nurses and consultant who carried out the procedure and the recovery ward nurses who took care of me afterwards - including serving me with tea and toast! Everything about the process and post-operation guidance was fully discussed and made very clear to me. 

Both myself and my family have attended other surgeries and hospitals in Fife over the past few years consistently experiencing the same high standard of care on each occasion. I can’t begin to express how fortunate we feel and how gratefiul we are to Fife NHS whose staff are delivering a fantastic level of care.
