i went to Gloucester Royal Hospiatal for Parotide surgery, stayed in Ward 2B.
Consultants and surgeon were excellent, explained the entire procedure and issues. After care on the ward was very good and I felt I had an all around excellent experience. Nurses were all polite and very friendly although short of staff and were busy.
My only issues were the patient with the loud TV watching BBC News 24 loudly all day and night and the food. However that did not spoil my stay and I would recommend the hospitals services to friends and relatives.
The review to complete after my stay that was sent to my mobile phone did not work and I could not send it.
Thank you to the consultants, surgeons and nurses in Oral and Maxillofacial and Ward 2B.
