What I liked
my husband was assessed quickly by nurse, and then Doctor, and moved as soon as possible to ward. I wasnt very happy that patients were using mobile phones on the ward, although they were able to walk to agreed areas. It seemed unfair that we were abiding by the rules to our disadvantage.
What could be improved
If you attend A&E nothing could be improved as long as you are cared for which was done efficiently
