"waste of time"

after waiting a long time i got an apointment with start , i thought they would help . They send a letter to my doctor . not to me . i had to fight to get to see what it said . all it said was a breakdown of everything that ever happened to me a half heated diagnosis of ptsd and dissasotiation , nothing more than refere to care of dr . who then refered me back as start had done nothing , so back i go again see a doctor this time he confirms diagnosis but thinks it may have now moved on to a persoallity dissorder but did not say what or what would be done to help , then i get letter from start team and doctor saying i shoukld self refere in the 1st instance to minds matter . i have been on the minds matter waiting list for well over 6 months . along with many more waiting lists , charities want £45 an hour to help , what exactly am i and people like me suposed to do
