"Worst surgery ever"

I read on a reply to someone else's negative review that they should have made a complaint. When I made some criticism twice 2 separate occasions the docs in question refused to treat me anymore. The second time I had already made plans to join another surgery anyway.

Nothing can grow or change if you are unable to take criticism. On 4 occasions I went to talk about a lump in my throat that was concerning me. Twice I was told it was just a gland probably due to an infection but no examination was made to identify where the infection was. On the third time I saw a different doc and they did examination, going a throat infection and gave me antibiotics. After I felt there was still a problem. Saw the doctor again and told him that I was not happy that he again didn't even bother to examine me. He told me that when I walk into the room he can tell there's nothing wrong with me just by looking at me. I told him I was outraged at this statement and he started to try and tell me he was not going to see me anymore and called the manager as a witness. Totally unnecessary as I was trying to tell him I was leaving the practice anyway. I joined east Lynne practice and when I saw a doctor he listened to me then examined me and diagnosed a virus.

The doctors X-ray vision must have been off!! All but 1 of the receptionist were very rude and unhelpful. On average I had to wait to see the doctor for 50 mins and the docs never even apologized for my wait. Prescriptions invariably messed up.
