"No compassion"

I visited Leighton a&e it’s the last place I wanted to be on my Friday night! I felt like a pain and there was no concern or compassion atall the staff need to realise people are frightened and scared, and for the staff to crack a smile or be a little more friendly would go a long way, when get taken for accessment there was not one word it’s almost like your next in line, be aware staff people are scared and anxious!!! Absolutely awful and for me now to be sent home straight away without hardly and investigations, I’m still suffering at home anxious and not knowing what is wrong with me, thanks!
