"Excellent care in endoscopy"

I received excellent care from the minute I walked into the treatment centre to the minute I was discharged. I can’t speak highly enough of all the staff I had the pleasure to meet. The treatment centre is light, airy, spotlessly clean and very welcoming. I arrived half hr before my appointment the receptionist was friendly and informative. I was called for my appointment 10 min early which is always a bonus. Everyone I met put me at ease and explained in as much detail as I wanted about the procedure that was about to follow. Any worries or concerns I may of had before my colonoscopy soon disappeared after speaking to the staff nurses . I felt extremely relaxed and at ease. Well done done queens medical and to all the staff .
