"Treatment at the GP surgery"

I would like to feedback how delighted I am with the treatment I received from the new nurse practitioner at my local GP surgery, Orchard Medical Practice. I had to attend 6 times over a two week period for a series of injections and throughout the experience was entirely positive.

Not only was the treatment carried out with extra care attention and patience but the nurse, Pauline, was exceptionally friendly, interested and treated me with great dignity and respect.

I would like to pass on my heartfelt thanks for what was a great experience and an exemplar in how good care can make us feel. Not only did Pauline attend to my medical needs but she made me feel very positive and distracted me from the treatment in hand. Thank you again.
