"Unprepared and a shambles"

Been going to this surgery for a long time and not once have I seen any sort of improvement. Can take hours just to get through on the phone to get an appointment and even when you do they’re somehow fully booked but when you go in there is absolutely nobody in there. All you get are trainees who check a book and send you on your way with no clue what’s going on. They’re unreliable with bookings and any telephone conversations as they never seem to check any notes that have apparently been put through that are rather urgent. If you do happen to get an appointment you better wear something comfy, because if you’re a minute late the refuse to see you, but if you’re early or on time, they’ll happily leave you waiting in the waiting room for minimum of half an hour when there’s 2 people in. Place is a joke and will be changing GP as soon as possible.
