"excellent"

About: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King's Lynn, NHS Foundation Trust

I wrote to thank individual staff at the time of my accident but I also wanted to record my thanks here, on 13 December 2016 I was admitted to the hospital with a wrist fracture.

The ambulance staff were excellent as was the doctor and staff who set my wrist and gave me pain relief.

Following this I returned to the hospital on 16th December for

Surgery.I cannot say how pleased I am with everything, the staff were wonderful, and the consultant was so kind.

It is now over a year since my operation and I have made a very good recovery in no small part due to all the excellent carer I received at the time of my accident and subsequent operation and physiotherapy care.

So I just want to say many thanks.

Thank you for thinking to post your thoughts on your experience of being a patient at the Trust following your accident. It is very pleasing to hear that you received good, attentive care throughout and have now made a good recovery from your injury. I will share your kind comments with all those involved and I am sure that they will be much appreciated.
