"18/01/2018 baby boys birth at this delivery suite"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

Delivered my baby at this maternity delivery suite i was terrified as I had an awful experience with my first at Burton hospital I was rushed of the bed as soon as I had him; my Epi failed 3 times ended up with an assisted delivery as I was exhausted even told at one point no bed for me so

I mean I was bricking it. I was pleasantly surprised by the love and care the nurses had shown me here at royal stoke I had such a good laugh with the nurses and also the student nurse. I think it was had been so professional aswell as the midwife I can't believe the great experience I had having my beautiful baby boy Elijah' to the midwife, you were awesome I didn't even have to have an assisted delivery lol. The nurse from the night before I really don't remember her name (feel awful lol) she was hilarious loved them all. Thank you all for making my Labour such a positive experience. Xxx This maternity ward and delivery ward should be an example to many out there xx date of birth was 18/01/2018

Thank you so very much for taking the time to post such lovely feedback around your experience of our hospital. I will ensure I share your kind words with the Head of Midwifery for her to pass on to her teams. I know they be very much appreciated.

I do hope you are enjoying your precious time with Elijah and he's not causing you too many sleepless nights!

With best wishes

Rebecca Pilling, Quality Improvement Facilitator: Patient Experience.
