"Fantastic care for my son :)"

We had only just moved to Hereford from London when our son was ill and we had to visit the A + E Department. We had a long wait as it was a busy night. The nurses kept us updated and put on a dvd to keep us all entertained. We hadn't eaten all day and the nurse even provided a cup of tea and sandwiches. ALL staff were so kind and caring. Our son was admitted that night and was very anxious. The staff on the children's ward made him feel safe and comfortable. The next day he had scans and investigations. He was prescribed medication to solve the problem. He has been closely monitored since then and follow up appointments have shown that he has made a full recovery. Thank you so much to everybody especially the doctor. Well done to you all. Keep up the good work! The NHS are amazing!
