"My visit to the Planned Investigation Unit ERCP"

My visit was for an endoscopy. (ERCP) at the Planned Investigation Unit. The service given throughout my visit was excellent in all respects. Everything was explained very well. All staff were very caring and courteous and were there at all times to help me. I was progressed through my visit very quickly and felt as if the staff were in good control of my case. The after care was absolutely excellent. I was fed with biscuits and a sandwich. I was given an comprehensive report very soon after the procedure. All round excellent.
