"A credit to our city and the NHS"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary / Plastic surgery

I went in for a day case procedure on Thursday 15th February to have a lump removed from my arm. I was in an out in an hour and every part of the experience was a credit to the NHS and all their staff.

It was a quick, painless and efficient procedure. All of the staff from the receptionist to th nurses and the surgeons were professional and very friendly. I was put at my ease from the outset and had everything explained in a very straightforward manner.

I wish I had remembered everyone’s name as I would like to thank them by name. Hopefully this can be passed on to the appropriate people.
