"no one listens or reads notes"

wouldnt go here again ,have to say having waited over 5 months after an operation to see a specialist because of a fault to finally arrive and think yes ,to here what can i do ,ie hadnt read notes etc and a mighty fob off to pass to another specialist i wont bother again .nurses fabulous but consultants well some need to listen and read notes when we ait so long to see them absolutely disgusted never will go back
