About: Falkirk Community Hospital / Older peoples' services

(as a relative),

Absolutely appalled by the care and attention showed to not only my 94 year old Father but to all the patients I saw whilst visiting over a three month period. 

Not got one positive thing to say about this hospital.

Thank you for taking the time to get in touch, I was saddened and disappointed to hear about the care experience your father has received, I would like to take this opportunity to pass on my sincere apologies that this has been your experience, this is not the care we expect any of our patients to receive.
