Could you please pass my thanks to the female Doctor working the very early hours of 22/2/18 at the walk-in centre?

After I came in with breathing difficulties (partly caused by incorrect advice from another Doctor) she treated me extremely professionally and compassionately. I came in panicked, short of breath and tight chested; and left calm, collected and well-informed on the next steps of my care.

I wish all Doctors had the time to be as caring as this doctor was - even at that time of the morning with A&E waiting time at 5 hours long. It was a shame I didn't get to have her earlier in the day to prevent my re-visit.
