My list of complaints are endless about this surgery, but this weeks problems are
Trying to book an appointment after the doctor sent us a letter telling us to come in on this day to be told no appointments but you can have a phone call!
Sending a letter telling you to redo blood tests then going in to be told oh actually don't bother if you took the medication it should be ok now, how will we know without blood tests!
And the list about my mum with Alzheimer's is an absolute joke!
They are always advertising for new patients but the doctors don't have the time to listen to you when you go, a couple of them are quite abrupt in their manner and make you feel like a time waster, also we have found that opinions between the doctors and nurses you see varies quite considerably.
It seems to us that numbers on the books are far more important than quality of care, god help elderly or vulnerable people who don't have anyone to speak up for them!
On a plus note there are very few on the desk that are a pleasure to deal with, one lady will try her very best to help and has a lovely manner.
