The Surgery is always busy, but usually the staff are pleasant and helpful.
They have a high proportion of non-English speakers as patients so sometimes delays at reception or on the phone.
Doctors are kept very busy but I have had good care from the doctors I see.
Due to political situation in UK the surgery, like many others is under funded.
We need a government that values the NHS then it will become 5 star again!!
