"Always very helpful"

I'm a carer for a disabled adult who has multiple health issues, and I deal with all his health appointments.

We've been with the Groby surgery for many years, since the days of the wonderful previous doctor.

I've always found the receptionists to be very helpful.

For example, today I needed to make sure that some letters that I'd written would be read by our 'named doctor' before an appointment tomorrow.

(The letters contained a lot of background information about two issues that need to be investigated.)

The receptionist not only checked to make sure that the letters had been scanned onto the system, but she took the time to send an e-message to the doctor, so that she could read the letters in any spare time that she has today.
